Temperament

Mini Sheepadoodles are intelligent, playful and calm tempered. They have a friendly nature about them which makes them wonderful family dogs! These dogs are easy to train and do well with children.

Health

Health concerns to watch for can be:

  • Patellar Luxation
  • Addisons
  • Bloat
  • Hip Dysplasia

All mixed breed dogs have a better chance of having less health concerns because of their genetic diversity.

Coat & Coat Care

Their coats can be curly, long & non-shedding, similar to the Poodle.

Brushing 2 – 3 times weekly will help prevent tangling & matting. If the Sheepadoodle has predominant Old English Sheepdog features, they will tend to shed a little. Brushing more frequent during those times will help maintain a healthy coat.
